Q: How long will it take to complete my album?
A: Completion of your album will depend on a few things. Once we’ve completed our initial consultation and I have received all of your photos, journaling, and any other supplies that you would like me to include in your album, I will be able to give you a better idea of a time frame. Generally speaking, a 12”x12” album with 10 pages will take 3-4 weeks to complete.

Q: What is the difference between purchasing a layout versus a page?
A: A layout is two pages side by side. All my prices are based on per layout, NOT per page. I generally like to create a layout versus individual pages, but we can discuss this as well during the initial consultation.

Q: Do I need to live nearby to use your services?
A: Absolutely not! We can accomplish everything from the initial consultation to the final approval of the estimate via mail, email, and phone calls.

Q: Do I need to purchase a minimum of layouts?
A: No. I can complete one page at a time, one event at a time, or an entire album. However, you do receive a 10% discount when you purchase 11 or more layouts for your album.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with my completed album?
A: I will try my best to accommodate your preferences during the construction of the album. Custom designed albums are extremely personal and should reflect the story of your photos. I carefully pick the colors, accents, and even journaling fonts based on the mood of your photos and preferences. Hopefully, there will be no surprises during the process, but every attempt will be made to ensure that you are happy with my work and the final album.

Q: Can you use supplies and/or an album that I already have?
A: Absolutely! I can incorporate anything that you already have, especially an album. Or I can even finish an album that you have already started (be aware that our styles may not match though). We will discuss any price adjustments at the initial consultation. Please be aware that if you do decide to use your own supplies, I can not be held responsible if the papers or album are not acid-free. Nowadays, supplies are generally labeled with such information. However, don’t assume that it is acid-free if you don’t see a label.
